Can I view comments without signing in?+
You can preview any public video without an account. Signing in is what opens the full comment thread, keeps jobs in your history and unlocks exports.
Does this show deleted comments?+
No. The viewer uses comments returned by YouTube's official API, so deleted, held and disabled comments are not included.
